Can we edite line or tc or delet or modify by sdn level or not
Yes, you can edit ht/lt object attributes and line attributes as subdivision level user.
If possible please add one layer of street lights so line staff can judge Which TC Power is at the location and find out easily

Please consider layered information over base line data. Layered information may consist of HT line, LT Line, Capacity wise TC, category of Consumers, maintenance, Accident locations, Replaced TCs, Installation checking strategic points, detected theft, Important locations, power position views, location of scheme works like IPDS, and many more classified information our organisation may think important over the time.
